Please do not upload or store content that violates copyright laws, contains illegal material, or infringes on the rights of others.

AI Features & Data Processing
The App uses artificial intelligence services to generate flashcards, explanations, and learning content. When you use AI features:
- Your prompts or content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate responses
- AI providers are contractually bound to protect your data and not use it for their own training without consent
- AI-generated content is for educational assistance only and may not always be accurate
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated study material before relying on it.

Data Sharing & Third Parties
We may share information with trusted third parties only to operate the App, including:
- AI Providers — to power intelligent content generation features
- Cloud Infrastructure — for secure data storage and synchronization
- Analytics Services — for app performance and crash reporting (anonymized)
- Apple App Store — as required by Apple's platform policies
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the App's services. When you delete your account:
- Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days

- Backups may retain data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion

Changes to This Policy
Tech Arm Softwares reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

- Displaying a prominent notice on the App's home screen
- Sending a notification to your registered email address
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
